Inter Allies product Clifford Aboagye made his senior debut for his Spanish club Granada in their loss in the Copa del Rey on Thursday night.

Aboagye played the last 16 minutes after coming off the bench in the 74th minute for Ivan Sanchez Riki as Granada lost 1-2 at home to Sevilla in the first leg of the Copa del Rey round of 16.

As usual, the bronze shoe award winner at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup finals had his skills exhibited and hopes to remain in the first team.

The 19-year-old ‘Little Magician’ joined the senior team of Inter Allies from the club’s youth side (Accra Youth) in 2010.

The dynamic midfielder was an integral member of the squad that promoted Inter Allies to Ghana top flight for the first time in 2013, the same year he left.
