Former Inter Allies striker Fatawu Safiu scored a belter for his Portland Timbers II side in their 2-1 defeat to Vancouver Whitecaps on Friday night. 

Safui blasted a scorcher from 23 yards in the 35th minute that got past the outstretched arms of WFC2 goalkeeper Paolo Tornaghi and into the top-right corner.
