Inter Allies youth team Accra Youth FC have progressed to the round of 32 of the 2015/16 MTN FA Cup after eliminating Agbozume United FC 2-1 on Sunday.
The young ‘Eleven Is To One’ boys got the qualification status at the Akatsi training training college park after Bernard Quarcoo and an own goal got them in a 2-0 lead before the hosts pulled one back.
Bernard Quarcoo scored first in the 4th minute before a goalkeeper’s howler in the 38th minute got the cushion for Accra Youth FC.
The home side got their consolation goal in the early embers of the second half and failed to capitalize on their home fans to get back.
This win means, Accra Youth FC have made it to the round of 32 of the ongoing MTN FA Cup.
