Accra Youth have been eliminated from the 2015/16 MTN FA Cup after succumbing to a 1-0 defeat against True Democracy FC at the Tema Stadium on Saturday.

A first half penalty goal in the 32nd minute was all the hosts needed to send the young ‘Eleven Is To One’ out of the competition.

After a brilliant display and total dominance from the start of the game, Accra Youth lacked bite in their attack and failed to find the back of the net.

Dan Amanfo was named the most promising player at the end of the match.

It’s been a nice campaign for the team as they eliminated Charity Stars and Agbozume United in the preliminary and round of 64 respectively.
