Ex-Inter Allies captain Joseph Aidoo was named the Man-of-the-match in Hammarby’s 2-1 win over Kalmar in the Swedish Allsvenskan on Sunday.

The former Ghana U-20 defender played the full throttle of the highly anticipated match and received several applause from every kick.

Aidoo, who has won the heart of his technical team hopes to improve on his current performance to produce results for his team.

Kennedy Bakircioglu opened the scoring in the 27th minute for Hammarby, Romario Pereira Sipicio equalizer in the 49th before Viktor Elm scored an own goal in the 59th minute to grab the win for Hammarby.

Hammarby now lie 12th on the league log with 20 points after 17 matches.
