Midfielder George Asamoah insists Inter Allies will not be taking lower tier side Proud United lightly in Sunday’s MTN FA Cup round of 32 match.
The Eleven Is To One heads to the Unistar Academy Park as huge favorites to see off the hosts and progress to the next round of the competition and would not be complacent of Hearts of Oak win.
He told www.interalliesfc.com: “The win against Hearts of Oak is over and we are not thinking about that anymore, the honeymoon period is gone.”
“Now it’s time for another important match and we won’t go soft, we want to replicate last season’s feat in the FA Cup and go all the way to the final once again.
“There’s no small team in football so we hope to go to Kasoa and get the job done.”
Inter Allies demolished King Solomon 4-1 to get to this stage and another comfortable win will take the team to the next round of the competition (round of 16)
