Baba Mensah won his first piece of silverware of the season with BK Hacken after beating Malmo FF on penalties to grab the Swedish Cup on Thursday.

The defender who’s on loan at the Swedish side was an unused sub as he saw his side beat Malmo FF 6-5 on penalty shootouts after the match ended 2-2 after extra time.

Malmo got a 2-0 cushion at the break through Markus Rosenberg and Magnus Wolff Eikrem.

But Hacken were more spirited in the second half and cancelled the two goal lead via Demba Savage and Nasiru Mohammed.

Hacken went on to win 6-5 on shootouts at the Swedbank Stadion after both sides failed to add to the tally after extra time.
