Cedar Stars Academy secured a thrilling 2:1 victory over arch-rivals Golden Strikers in a hard-fought Matchday 18 clash at the Adjiringanor Astro Turf.

The Forever Green lads wasted no time, as star winger Fredrick Ekor dazzled past two defenders and slotted home a stunning finish in just the 4th minute.

The visitors responded in the 34th minute, leveling the score before halftime.

Ekor struck again four minutes into the second half with a beautiful curler to restore our lead.

Despite late pressure from the visitors , the lads stood firm to seal all three points.
