Former Inter Allies striker Fatawu Safiu is among three internationals with the Vancouver Whitecaps II side.
Safiu joins the ‘Caps, and he brings with him tremendous attacking ability.
He will be aiming at emulating compatriot Gershon Koffie who played for the Caps in the MLS before being traded to New England Revolution.
Last season he played for rivals Portland Timbers 2 and scored seven lovely goals, including two against WFC2.
One thing from last year was clear: DO NOT let this man shoot, or you will regret it.
He arguably has the hardest and most lethal shot at the club.
He showed that in preseason, burying a goal versus FVSL All-Stars, then rattling the crossbar from 40 yards out (clip below).
