Striker Abdul Fatawu Safiu has sealed a loan move to Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 for the season.

The former Ghana U-20 striker spent last season on loan at Portland Timbers 2 in the USL where he played as a striker and a midfielder.

Safiu was Inter Allies top scorer in the 2013/2014 Ghana Premier League season with seven goals in all competitions after joining in the second round of the season.

He joins Ghanaian compatriot and former Inter Allies star Gershon Koffie as the latter has promised to make his stay very comfortable.

Inter Allies FC wish Abdul Fatawu Safiu all the best in his career as he opens a new chapter with Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2.
