Last Sunday at the El Wak Stadium, another Accra Youth graduate made his debut for Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League.
Fard Ibrahim was promoted from the youth side to the main team before the start of the season with four other youngsters.
The young left-back came on in the 62nd minute for Abass Mohammed in Inter Allies’ 2-1 win over Ebusua Dwarfs on a wet Sunday afternoon.
Fard played well and despite only being on for the last 28 minutes, looked comfortable on the pitch and worked confidently with his team mates.
This marks the start of a crucial season for the youngster and he couldn’t have asked for a better start in making his first team appearance for the ‘Eleven Is To One.’
In all five youth players were promoted this season and he becomes the third youngster to make his debut with the remaining two fighting hard to break through.
