Inter Allies will honour match day 16 league game between Sekondi Hasaacas at the Tema Sports Stadium behind closed doors following a Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee ban.
The Committee has ruled that the ‘Eleven Is To One’ will play their next home match without spectators in a one match home ban and a fine of GH¢ 2,000.
The ‘Eleven Is To One’ were found guilty of failing to control supporters as they attacked match officials, insulted and hit them on their back after the game in the club’s 1-1 draw against league champions AshantiGold in week 12 in Tema.
The club therefore edge the supporters to adhere to this directive from the Disciplinary Committee and would like the fans to be behind the team in a positive way because they are seen as ambassadors of the club and we have to show everyone that we are a polite club
Inter Allies will bounce back to action when the league resumes on 25/26th June with a home fixture against Sekondi Hasaacas, the corresponding fixture resulted 1-1 in Essipong.
The ‘Eleven Is To One’ lie 13th on the league log with 15 points and would hope to come good in the second round to avoid relegation and earn a better position.
