The Capelli Boys displayed tremendous resilience to secure a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Kpetoe Diamond FC in our final group A match of the 2023/2024 Volta Football Association Middle League.

We dominated the early stages, creating several promising goal-scoring opportunities.

However, resolute defending by Kpetoe Diamond FC kept the score level.

In the 39th minute, a lapse of concentration just before halftime saw us concede, but the team never faltered.

The second half saw a renewed fighting spirit from the Capelli Boys. We played with more agency and precision.

Our attacking intent paid off in the 57th minute when Adjei coolly slotted home the equalizer after a brilliant solo run and assist from Emmanuel Kabutey.

Despite a heated encounter in the latter stages, we held firm to secure the crucial point that sends us through to the finals.
