Inter Allies FC kicked off the season with a 4-0 defeat against Aduana Stars in Sundays opener at the Nana Agyemang Badu I park in Dormaa.
Aduana Stars began the game on the front foot and the early pressure resulted in a quick succession of corners.
The Ogya boys’ 4th corner in the first Fifteen minutes could not beat the first man but the cross was sent in again on the rebound for Yahaya Mohammed to head home the opener on the 14th minute.
Yahaya quickly grabbed a second after connecting a low cross from the right flanks just four minutes later after the opener.
The Capelli Boys gradually grew into the game with lots of possession. Inter Allies thought they had pulled one back when Alex Aso beautifully slotted home a cross from Evans but the goal was ruled out for Offside.
Alex Aso came close once again in the 38th minute, placing the ball just over crossbar after Samuel Armah set him up having dribbled his way into the box.
Inter Allies failed to make their dominance towards the end of the first half count.
Two minutes into the Second half Yahaya Mohammed missed a glorious opportunity to grab a hattrick placing his volley was just wide.
Chances were few and far between most part of the second half as Inter Allies looked more determined to get the next goal of the game.
However, game was put beyond the Capelli Boys in the 72nd minute with a Yahaya Mohammed hat trick after sloppy passing at the back.
With six minutes to go substitute Michel Otou was gifted a chance to grab a consolation for Inter Allies by Aduana’s goal but he failed to round the Joseph Addo which resulted in a goal Kick
On the 90th minute mark, Justice Anane put the icing on the cake with a well taken first time volley from just outside the box to make it four for the home side in what was a resounding victory for the home side.
