Inter Allies returned to winning ways with a comfortable 2-0 win over Wa All Stars at the Tema Sports Stadium in mid week’s (match day 22) league match.

Enoch Adu with his debut goal and Gockel Ahortor from a free kick scored in each half to ensure a perfect sweet revenge over an in-form team.

Sulley Mohammed started upfront with Isaac Osae, Enoch Adu as a right winger, Edward Adjaklo on the left of defence were the major changes coach Jimmy Corbblah effected from last week’s 2-0 defeat in Techiman.

From the very first whistle the ‘Eleven Is To One’ enjoyed the majority of the initial proceedings, making it very difficult for the visitors to settle on the astro turf.

Inter Allies returned from the recess to continue from where they left it in the first half, Wa All Stars were quiet and were struggling to settle.

Gockel Ahortor finally confirmed he’s a dead ball specialist as he poked in a 60th minute free kick to cushion Inter Allies’ lead, his 4th free kick goal this season.

The ‘Eleven Is To One’ held on to a sixth home win and a fifth home clean sheet in relative comfort, Enoch Adu was named the man-of-the-match.
