Versatile player Simon Martey has named Inter Allies’ player of the month for July, the club’s technical department has confirmed.

Martey who has played in several positions this season is being rewarded with the accolade for his impressive performances for the said month.

He featured full-time in all four league matches against Olympics (1-0), BA United (0-2), Hasaacas (2-0) and defeat at Aduana (1-0).

“When we look at his contributions for the team especially this month, he’s been in some fantastic form, ” Technical Director Willie Klutse said.

“He’s a midfielder but has played excellently well at right back and some extent left back.”

“We congratulate him for his hard work and encourage him to do his possible best to help the club push forward.”
