Summary – CFC FC 1-1 Cedar Stars

Coming from a defeat in the first game, Cedar Stars Academy had in mind not to record another defeat in a row in the Greater Accra Division Two Zone 3 League.

The young Capelli Boys set the guns blazing and started firing from all angles in the early embers of the game.

Joshua Amankwah Bonney made it two-out-of-two with a very fine finish in the 23rd minute to open the scoring at the McDan La Town on Thursday afternoon.

They defended so well and held on to the lead until half time.

However, with about twenty minutes to full time, the hosts, Chance For Children FC got the leveller after a defensive error.

Both sides failed to add to the tally, and the game ended in an exciting scoring draw.
