Summary – VRFA D2 League – Soccer Wonders 1-2 Inter Allies – Battor

For the first time this season, Inter Allies have recorded three wins on the bounce, and still holding on to the unbeaten run in the group stage after nine games.

On Sunday afternoon at the RC Park in Battor, Inter Allies continued their dominance in the Adonai Estate Volta Division Two League Southen Sector B Zone B, defeating Aveyime Soccer Wonders 2-1.

Striker Malik Abubakar with a beautiful strike, powered the Eleven Is To One lad into the lead, being in front for the larger part of the first half.

The story continued just as the first half, Robert Osei Bonsu from the penalty spot, doubled our lead to make it 2-0, grabbing his second goal of the campaign.

It was all good to register yet another clean sheet, however, the home side scored to grab at least a consolation goal.

Our captain and midfielder, Emmanuel T. Igwe was named the Man of the Match.
