About the role:
As head coach, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing effective training programs to improve player performance
• Motivating and inspiring players to achieve their full potential
• Creating a positive and winning team culture
• Overseeing game tactics and strategies
• Collaborating with the technical staff
Minimum Requirements:
• CAF License B (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing football teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Strong tactical and analytical abilities
